06. The Power of Breathwork: How I learned to trust my body, accept my emotions & let go of control

In this heartfelt episode, I share how discovering breathwork in 2021 completely transformed my life. After years of struggling with meditation and feeling stuck in anxiety, breathwork gave me a way to reconnect with my body, release emotional tension, and come home to myself.

You’ll hear my personal story of how breathwork deepened my self-trust, helped me accept the parts of myself I used to resist, and taught me to let go of the need to understand everything.
